# Create a DSS Trunk from a Preset

POST https://api.eis.it/v1/voip/dss/trunks
Content-Type: application/json

Provision a DSS trunk using a visible preset and the supplied field values. Requires the `trunksip_add` authority.

The response includes an `actionObject`. Use its module, organization, object type, object identifier, and context to discover and execute the runtime actions available for the new trunk.

## Request

This endpoint expects a CreatePresetTrunkRequest.

- `presetId` (long, required)
- `idCustomer` (integer, required)
- `organizationId` (long, optional, default: 0) — Organization identifier. Use `0` to resolve it from the authenticated user.
- `parameters` (map from string to any, optional) — Values for the configurable preset fields.

DSS trunk provisioned successfully.
